Customer Churn Prediction

A deep learning approach to predict customer churn for a telecommunications company. The project covers the full data science workflow—from data preprocessing and feature handling to training a Multilayer Perceptron (MLP) model in TensorFlow/Keras. The model achieved 81% accuracy and was evaluated using precision, recall, and F1-score.
